When the tomato arrived in Europe, the reception was not so warm. It was named mala peruviana, meaning “bad Peruvian” as its leaves were toxic and its seed red and shiny. Slowly and steadily, however, the tomato found its place on the dinner table and it became the essential ingredient for a multitude of foods.

The company Fos Natural Creativity combined this history with a traditional habit which dictated the production of homemade tomato juice in order to meet the needs during winter.  Thus, this was how the product came about, which consists of 100% tomato juice with the addition of sea salt and lemon as natural preservatives.

Soft taste with duration and depth, it combines beautifully the sweet and sour characteristics of the tomato that make it the ideal base for sauces such as linguine Napoletana or a tasty Bloody Mary.
