Deep red colour and multilevel expression. Piquant aromas, green peppers, spices and hints combined together on a wooden layer. Fleshy texture with soft tannins and well balanced acidity. In the mouth it is complex, full-bodied, well balanced, with firm tannins and long, velvety aftertaste. 

Ideally suited to roasts, spicy beef, casseroled meat, roasted duck, big poultry and ripe cheeses. Alcohol 14%,  Ageing 13 months in oak barrel 225lit

Ageing Potential It is recommended for long maturation, beyond 15 years.
