Fir honey is collected, during the summer period, from the National Park of Mount Iti. The bee colonies are situated there, in the midst of a fir forest, and at an altitude of 1500 meters. According to Greek mythology, that was the place where God Zeus wrapped Hercules into the clouds and brought  him to the Olympus Mountain. The Fir honey has a unique savoury and will not crystallize easily. It is available in luxury packages of 250 and 400 gr. and economic packages of 400 and 800 gr.
