The Kamatsos family’s olive groves are in the region of Gera, in the southeastern part of the island, protected from the north winds. Adramytini, Kolovi and Ladoelia are the three varieties that live there since the old days, since Stratis Kamatsos, who is currently responsible for them, constitutes the third generation of olive growers.
The olive groves give out an organic extra virgin olive oil, with 0,3 acidity, a delicate aroma, a slight bitterness, and a subtly spicy aftertaste with hints of walnut.
